STEP in Care is a home care and healthcare workforce provider based in Sunderland. We help people receive dependable care in their own homes, and we help health and care organisations access trustworthy people when they need them.
We operate two service lines. Home Care, where we accept responsibility for delivering care to people in their homes. And Healthcare Staffing, where we supply and recruit capable workers for organisations that manage their own service delivery.
